“This Sony DSC-RX10 ring binder help guide is brilliant and worth every penny. The manual is an easy user A5 size and has a wipe clean protected front cover. It fits in my camera backpack perfectly. Saved me the bother of downloading and printing 500 plus pages from Sony website.”

“Sorry we found the manual illegibly small as the phone screen does also not account for eyesight impaired use . So al,in all you ought to redesign bearing mind people withbeyesight issues. We sole the phone without using it .”

“The manual sent was not the correct one and had to be returned. More importantly, a photocopy of the actual manual was sent - I was expecting the printed original and not a poor replica, for what it cost. Very disappointing.”

I'm sorry to hear this. We try to make it very clear that in most cases we supply reprints rather than original manuals, which are very difficult, and in many cases impossible, to source. If you want a full refund please return the manual to us.

“Good quality, delivered in adequate time. Would like an option for letter sized printed copy (8 1/2" x 11"). Unfortunately the misplaced a page, inserting the final sheet smack middle in the Table of Contents- quite distracting! Even worse, when I contacted them, they couldn't even bother to reply.”
