“The manual I ordered was delivered quickly and was of excellent quality. I chose the binding option and I'm very glad I did. I live in the United States so the delivery was a little over a week.”

“This was easier for me to purchase ( spiral bound) than download and print on my home printer. The cost to print in the amount of ink to be used at home outways the cost, for me this is a valuable service.”

“A very good manual. I had a previous 8 1/2 x 11 that was lost in a move. Both were/are complete. The OTC manual is exactly what I wanted in content. The OTC binding is good, but it is open to crushing if it is not handled carefully. I prefer a true spiral binding (like a spring).”

“Yes, very pleased with my camera manuals. They arrived ok. Only problem the package was torn and open. The post delivery person said they had to wrap elastic bands round it , to keep it together. But the manuals all ok no problems. Would not put me off further purchasing from OTC.”

“I was absolutely blown away by the high quality print and durable spiral binding of this manual. Great work. The Royal Mail had it in my hands faster than many US Mail packages that I have received from the US East Coast. I'll be back.”
