“They haven't delivered it yet. We are on vacation so they wouldn't deliver because no one is there.I could not contact anyone on automated message. Hopefully you can take care of this for me. Deliver my neighbor across the street, house number 2405. Thank you”

Hello Once the order leaves us we have no control over the delivery. We are ibn the UK and once it reaches the USA then USPS take the order and will deliver. The tracking is telling us this was picked up from the post office on the 9th February 2026.

“Hard to find vintage camera model owners manual. Couldn't find original was happy to find a repo. Quality was very good and for a reasonable added charge was spiral bound. Better than original. Expeditious shipping. Very satisfied.”

Hello The order was placed on the 29th December. We are in the UK and the order was posted to you on the 29th December. You are in the USA and orders can take up to 14 working days. The tracking for your order is saying the order was delivered on the 14th January, the delivery time took a little longer due to the Christmas and New Year. My manager has responded to you your emails directly to us.
