“These days most electonic devices come with only a "Quick Start" Owners Guide. Such was the case with my new Leica camera. While the full owners manual was availble on line, there is nothing like holding a paper copy in your hand and flipping to the exact page that you need to answer a question or learn how a certain function works. Thank goodness OTC is there to provide such a resource!”

“Nothing in it, print is barely legible, contents no real use and very little that can help to use and run the tablet. Sorry y but I have always been more than satisfied with your reproductions, but this is a stinker.”

“My manual was printed and dispatched with real speed. I thought it was competitively priced and being ring-bound, it is easy to use. I was informed by email of every step of the process and would thoroughly recommend buying a hard copy of a camera manual. I am of an age whereby holding something in the hand makes it easier to absorb than seeing it on a screen.”
