“I received my copy of the Panasonic Lumix G2 manuel in very good time once ordered. It would probably have come even earlier if New Year hadn't intervened. The manuel is well printed and spiral bound, robust enough for regular handling which I'm sure mine will get. The spiral binding (reccomended) is an extra cost and with postage brought the total up to nearly £19. But it's worth it rather than having hundreds of loose sheets of paper if downloaded from the internet, and you save a a lot on the ink required. I'd do this anytime.”

“Manual is excellent BUT the package was left on my doorstep when I was away on a cruise. After a couple of days a neighbour left me a note saying a package was damaged and they posted the 2 parts of the manual through my letterbox.”

Hello We send with tracking and the link has the tracking information. looks like the postal service have let us down and was sent else where incorrectly. But tracking is saying its back on course to the correct address ,https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/LA171158999GB

“Manual is good however there can be jbetter alignment of the pages. In the front cover it says Part 1. However the only the bottom part of the stamped message is shown . The top part is missing.”

“Unfortunately the manual I received from OTC was useless as many of the instructions in the manual depended on supporting diagrams which were printed in such a way that the details were not visible, which meant the instructions could not be followed. I contacted OTC and was instructed to return the item for a refund but OTC refused to pay for the return postage so not only did I have the disappointment of not obtaining the manual which I needed but I have had to pay the return postage on a faulty item. Not impressed.”

Hello We can not print in colour and this is stated in the FAQ's. Are your manuals printed in colour? All our manuals are printed in high quality black and white. Most manuals are primarily text. All pictures are completely legible.
