“The manual was nicely printed and the service was fast as always. But I wanted a different size, and there still isn't any way on the website to specify a size. I always have to ask, and you always say to email my request. This time you apparently didn't get my email and just sent the smaller size. I'll keep it, but couldn't you improve your website to include the choice of sizes? The hassle of trying to contact you by email in the short time period before my order is printed and shipped makes me hesitate to order. I would order more often if I didn't always have to try to communicate in an unstructured way after I order and before you ship.”

“It has been20 days since the order was made and I have yet received the manual After receiving the manual I was not surprised at the quality . The size is exactly what I wanted so it will be easy to carry .”

Hello I am sorry you have not received the manual. We are in the UK and you are in the USA orders normally take up to 14 working days. As its Christmas time the orders seem to be being held up in the postal system. I will message you privately to check we have the correct address. Regards Julie
