“Hello. The manuals for the Lumix GX8 and Fuji X100F were excellent. However, this latest one of the Leica Q2 is difficult to read. The “highlighted” sections are difficult to read, even in strong light. Not complaining, still like a printed manual way better than the digital version. Thanks. Gary”

Hello Manual differ from manufacture to manufacture it is how they format the PDF. We are seeing lately they are using light shades of grey rather than a bold black for the text and once these are printed they do not come out very well. I will resend the order in A$ size this will increase the size of the text making it easier to read.

“I purchase two manuals, one operation and one service. The service manual has photos and or illustrations which refer to parts numbers. The images are so bad you can’t see the individual parts at all. The service manual is completely useless for my needs. If you can’t tell we’re a part is or what it looks like you cannot repair the camera.”

Hello I am sorry if you are not happy then please return with a covering letter for a refund. Some of our service manuals are take from microfiche film which don't all ways transfer on to paper very well.

“I started buying camera and lens reviews and camera manuals from OTC/Camera-Manuals.com in the 1980s and I still am in 2020. Its truly amazing what they have in their archive on film cameras and lenses but its mostly digital camera manuals I buy now. The manuals are very well made, I always go for ring binding as you can open it up and leave it on a page instead of using a book mark, which saves time. Each time I buy a digital camera I buy the manual from them, very simple to order and usually arrives in a couple of days.”

“For some reason, print quality is not as pronounced as with other manuals I have received from you in the past. I don't know the reason, but the 2nd attempt was clearer than the 1st. Appreciate your cooperation in having a 2nd go.”

“I have purchased numerous camera manuals over the last 5 years from this company. I live in Australia and find the printing and binding costs of the now, very lengthy, pdf camera manuals cheaper than I can print at commercial printing companies. The manuals are printed and shipped promptly. Recently, I required the printing of 5 manuals. The standard printing size is A5, however, I believed this would make the printing too compressed. I asked Jeff Seymour if all could be printed on A4. He agreed and provided a 20% discount. The manuals arrived several days' ago.and are of excellent quality. I thoroughly recommend this company. “It would be so helpful and make much more sense to write the manual In language that the man in the street can understand. It so technical that I just cannot get to grips with it. As far as I am concerned it is an utter waste of money and I will look for an alternative.”
