“It took nearly a month to get here. That was nothing to do with you, I would put it down to Covid.. The manual is very small and my sight is not too good, I am 78 and do have a cataract in one eye But I can manage with my glasses for a short time. Thank you for your response to me and thanks for past services.”

“The manual arrived quickly and was easy to read, despite my choice of the plastic strip binding rather than the ring binding, which allows the manual to lay flat when open. My very small criticism was that the reproduction print could be a little darker, i.e. more black than grey.”

“The camera manual in spiral bound A5 format is brilliant and a handy size. I would have liked the print quality to be a bit sharper rather than what appears to be 'draft' standard. Otherwise very pleased.”
