“Easy to order, arrived quick enough, print quality fine, paper stock OK, front&back cover pages coulda been thicker and spiral binding might’ve been beefier but overall it was good.”

“Bene la comunicazione, la cortesia e la spedizione. La copia del manuale di servizio Miranda Sensomat però presentava qualche pecca: 1. mancava la prima pagina (Section 1 - Disassembly - item 1: front cover), mentre le ultime quattro pagine non riguardavano il manuale di servizio Miranda, ma quello di una fotocamera Olympus; 2. la riproduzione era piuttosto chiara ed un po' sfocata, tale da rendere talvolta difficoltosa la comprensione dei particolari di esplosi e meccanismi in esame. La consultazione del manuale è comunque utile e proficua per interventi di manutenzione o riparazione della fotocamera.”

“I think the problem is with Panasonic. I have never seen a Panasonic manual that was easy to comprehend. No fault of these printers who just gave me a copy of the Panasonic manual. Their version of the manual is as good as can be. Well produced and easy to open and turn to the page wanted since the production has ring binders. I would recommend them.”

“Generally, I was very happy with the item and the service received. OTC responded very quickly to my order and the resend, and their communication was excellent. The Manual was very well produced, but my only disappointment was the very faint print. OTC reacted very positively to the problem, and sent out an amended version free of charge. This gesture was much appreciated. Thanks !”

“Overall printing quality is good, in some places contract is a little bit lower than desired. Font are small, but this is not a problem of producer printed version since Sony published manual for reading on the monitor, where we can easilly increase font size.”
