“Generally, I was very happy with the item and the service received. OTC responded very quickly to my order and the resend, and their communication was excellent. The Manual was very well produced, but my only disappointment was the very faint print. OTC reacted very positively to the problem, and sent out an amended version free of charge. This gesture was much appreciated. Thanks !”

“Overall printing quality is good, in some places contract is a little bit lower than desired. Font are small, but this is not a problem of producer printed version since Sony published manual for reading on the monitor, where we can easilly increase font size.”

“The format is good: I am of an age when having print large enough to read easily is important. However the booklet is still small enough to carry around. The spiral binding is a big plus. The text, written by Lumx, could be more user-frienely, but that is par for the course with most manuals.”

“It certainly is complete and well written. The only complaint is that its too darn long (presumably because its complete. 2 Volumes make hard copy a bit difficult. Otherwise an excellent job”

“I have purchased numerous camera manuals over the last 5 years from this company. I live in Australia and find the printing and binding costs of the now, very lengthy, pdf camera manuals cheaper than I can print at commercial printing companies. The manuals are printed and shipped promptly. Recently, I required the printing of 5 manuals. The standard printing size is A5, however, I believed this would make the printing too compressed. I asked Jeff Seymour if all could be printed on A4. He agreed and provided a 20% discount. The manuals arrived several days' ago.and are of excellent quality. I thoroughly recommend this company. “The photocopied camera manual was sent expeditiously and was nicely presented. On a few pages, the photocopy is rather indistinct and I struggle to read the smaller size fonts.”

“This printing of the Canon EOS R6 manual is well done except for images showing the camera. For example, in part 1, pages 27, 29, and 31, the lines going from the numbers to the camera part are too light to see where they go. I solved this by printing the images from the Canon website and pasting them on the involved pages. i note this lack of contrast in all three volumes. I have attached an image which shows that you can improve this. The contrast with print and background in images of the screen is excellent. The spiral binding is well worth the extra cost.”
