“I don't know yet, I received the wrong manual. I bought a used Pentax m 70 . I received a manual for a Pentax M. Regardless of who's mistake it was . OTC said send it back and we will swap it. I have returned the manual and await a replacement. In all fairness they very polite and quick, very good. We go on holiday on 1 October. I hope I have a manual to take with me. Regards. Steve Brindle.”

“Takes too long to get through it. Don't know what everything means. Have to keep flipping back and forth to find what I'm looking for. Is not very customer friendly. Could have been made in a more simple to use manner.”

Hello We simply send the manual the manufacturer makes available, we do not have any say in the contents of the manual.

“ONE OF THE BEST TO DEAL WITH.”

“The camera manual was received within about three days of ordering, weekend included so no problem there. Ther reason for awarding three stars is because the envelope it arrived in was do flimsy that ut had split in transit and the post office had put the contents in a plastic bag to deliver. I think for the price I was charged for postage and packing, that a sturdier package could have been used, given that the manual was heavy and split into two separate items in order to bind it.”

“So much better than printing out myself on 326 pages of full 8.5" x 11" paper. Fits easily in camera bag, and spiral binding let's it lay flat or open for easy reference!”

“I recently purchased a manual from OTC for a Leica digilux1, the guide was perfect, slightly larger than the original, so the typeface was much clearer to read. The quality of the manual was very good. I was particularly impressed by the speed in which I received it from ordering it. I will use OTC again, when the need arises.”
