“Great product. Well-printed and bound. I wish the images had been printed in color even though the actual source material was b&w. But I'm completely happy with it”

“I am glad I like the product I received, because I was in love with the website. Thorough, professional in tone-it really said "We know what we're doing !" My 800 + page manual came quite quickly, in 3 volumes, spiral bound. Printing was clear and solid throughout. I couldn't be happier.”

Hello With Sony they make their manuals as on screen manuals. When printed the text is small. I will resend the order in A4 making it easier to read.

“Fast delivery, excellent price, but product is of photocopy quality. My manual needed 3 volumes, but I couldn't do without it. Much more useful than the online version.”

“Nothing wrong with the item I received except I was not aware and not told that there is a separate volume, "Read This First" which a user obviously needs! I think it is poor that the more advanced manual is sold without first informing the customer that the basics are published in another booklet. I am quite annoyed about this.”

Hello The read me first manual is only 2pages long and normally with the camera when brought. You can view this on the Sony website. Due to the nature of the format of the PDF if we were to print it off it would be unreadable as the text would be very small.

“The manual was fine except for the print was very pale.”

Hello The manual was formatted by Leica and they have used light grey text. There is nothing we can do to make the text darker.
