“With every new camera I buy, I buy a printed manual. They are not too expensive and because of the ring binding, they LIE FLAT--a great feature! I wouldn't be without a printed manual. Highly recommended!”

“After ordering a manual and waiting 10 days (I live in the US), I received the wrong manual. Emailed OTC of the error that day and received a response the following day indicating that they were correcting the error. Ten days later, I received the correct manual. Thus the grade of "acceptable" as the initial order was fulfilled incorrectly, but the response to correct correct the situation was as should be expected.”
