“Please remove my previous response and replace with this one. I did the POOR rating based on a lack of confirmation information which I had inadvertently sent to my Junk Folder by blocking the email address. It was all my fault. I received the manual yesterday and am completely satisfied. Please accept my deepest apology.”

“Hello, As i mentioned through a separate personal email(no reaction from OTC as yet) the received copy is somewhat pale lacking contrast on plain paper. Second, the images and in special, the circuit schematic "Eumig Mark O&M" is simply to small and unreadable.”
