Hello You emailed us and we replied. Due to covid 19 the postal services around the world have been impacted. As you are in France and the postal system there reported online that they were only delivering 3 days a week this is why it took so long to reach you. I believe you have been refunded in full for this order.

“It is nicely done, but for the size of it, the print is very small. I could do better than that with the manual on my phone, or iPad Mini. Frankly, If it were not for the distance and hassle involved in international shipments, I would have returned it.”

“This printing of the Canon EOS R6 manual is well done except for images showing the camera. For example, in part 1, pages 27, 29, and 31, the lines going from the numbers to the camera part are too light to see where they go. I solved this by printing the images from the Canon website and pasting them on the involved pages. i note this lack of contrast in all three volumes. I have attached an image which shows that you can improve this. The contrast with print and background in images of the screen is excellent. The spiral binding is well worth the extra cost.”

“I ordered a manual Later the same day you emailled saying there had been a problem with the previous , Please reorder Two days later I received 2 copies of the manual It has cost me over £10 to return the manual to recover the second payment from my bank account”

“The manual arrived safely, but the print is such a pale shade of grey that it's difficult to read. I'd buy another copy if you could guarantee its legibility. I'm feeling very let down about this. Especially as it's a present for a friend. Sincerely. James Clarkson.”
