“I was disappointed with the quality of the product because of two reasons 1 print quality was poor. It felt like the printer used was running out of ink or was printed in economy mode. 2. Spiral bound was slightly damaged.”

Hello The text in the PDF of the Fuji XT 5 manual is not all in bold black ink, in places it is light grey and so when copied this is why the text is looking faint. We can not alter the PDF to make the text bold we have to print how Fuji have formatted the PDF.

“OTC are the best for any manual/instruction booklet. Not just for cameras either! I have had several manuals from them since I found them. My dvd player, my Gtech cleaner, my BT vision box, my stereo player. Anything you need theyceill find it and print it. THEY ARE THE BEST!”

“So much better than I expected. Superb. When you spend £7k on a camera you don't expect to be scrolling back and forth on a screen. OTC produced a hard copy, easy to open flat and the ability to use the note pages; and instant access to the page required. Thank you for providing the service at a fair price that Fujifilm couldn't be bothered about (they also expect you to use the camera as a charger; how does that work in the field?)”
