“If you need a printed manual for your camera look no further than OTC I already have manuals from them for my cameras so knew what to expect My daughter was off to New Zealand and only had the miserable instructions that came with the purchase. I ordered a manual at 11.20 Tuesday morning and received it in Wednesday morning's post. It was the full manual in a spiral-bound mount so easy to use. What more could you want?”

“Reviewing Hasselblad X1DII 50C manual I was sent an older version of the manual: sent 2020-08-03 v2. The current version on line is 2020-11-20. The newer version is significanly different on page 52. I wonder what other pages differ. The printed version is printed in black and white. Online there is some color.”

Hello I am sorry we were not a wear there was a newer version. I have now swapped the manuals and will resend the order. We do state on our website we can only print in black and white.

“I ordered the printed manual for the Fujifilm X-T5 camera. It was printed and shipped from the UK to the US very quickly, with plenty of status notifications along the way. I’m located in a major city in the southeast US, so I actually received the manual a bit sooner than was estimated. The manual came in two spiral bound books with plastic covers just like advertised. They are exactly what I was hoping for and are far more convenient than Fuji’s electronic version. The product, pricing, ordering, and shipping hit all the marks perfectly. Thank you!”

“This was a replacement from my previous order where I only received Part 3 of a 3 part manual. When I received the original package, it was wrapped in US Postal Service tape indicating that the package was "delivered damaged". I informed OTC and my order was instantly replaced. When I received it (all 3 parts), it was double wrapped. Kudos to OTC. You guys stand behind your work. It's a pleasure doing business with you. Ron...”

“Although I have an official printed manual for my Fuji XT 5, I have found the OTC manual much more readable and user-friendly especially the larger print size and ability to fold flat adjacent pages. The main text is nice and bold. The portions with the notes are less distinct but still fine. Having it in 2 separate booklets due to the size of the original is not ideal but minor compared to the ease of accessing information and overall readability. Prompt delivery and excellent communication from the company.”

“High quality paper, accurately printed, cut and bound. Handy spiral binding and plastic cover and back sheets all make for easy use. Confident this K3iii manual will last the life of camera. Better than the Pentax version that came with my K3ii. Rapid service, well packaged. Good job. Ty.”
