“The manual arrived in excellent condition. The printing is clear and is exactly the same as the online version. Being spirally bound it is easy to flip through to different sections of the manual. Also an ideal size for carrying in bag or large pocket.”

“I ordered my new camera on line at the weekend and having been advised there was no user manual in the box, I also ordered a manual fir the Pentax from OTC a company from whom I have bought various user manuals over many years The manual arrived on the same day as my camera, which meant I could set the camera up as I like it to be configured, and be on my local nature reserve taking photos that day Absolutely first class service - as always”

Hello I am, sorry we have no control over delivery of the order once in enters the postal system. Once the order reaches the USA it enters into the USPS postal service and has to go through customs this process can hold the delivery time up.

“The Leica SL3-S Manual (318 pages) arrived very quickly and the A5 size seemed really handy with the spiral binding . However I find the print quite small . I need to be reading in a good light and winder if A4 size for reference and ease of reading wouldn’t be better .”
