“The manual that I was looking for was listed on your website. You took my payment. Then informed me that you do not have the manual. I did receive a full refund but that is not the point. The manual should not have been listed on your website if you did not have it in your inventory. Very disappointing.”

Hello Our business was started over 40 years ago, and at the time the manuals were in original format and were listed on our system until they were ordered then we had to be scan them to sell. Over many years we have scanned on to the system many of these manuals. However there are hundreds that we haven't and these are stored in our archives. We can only go by what was originally listed on the system and sometimes these have been incorrectly listed. this makes it very frustrating when we can not find the original in the archives and there for we have to say sorry and refund the customer and at the same time we hide this manual so no one else can buy it.

“The manual wasn't an original, but printed from the internet and bound. It was a bit bigger than the original so the font was easier to read! Posted quickly although the postage was a bit steep.”

“Thanks for asking for a review. Because you sent the manual in a bag instead of a proper sturdy book box, the wires were bent and the last page and the back cover were ripped off. I don't know that it will stand up to any sort of usage over the next few months, till I learn to use the camera. Not sure what to do about this and would like your suggestion. You recommended that I pay extra for wire binding, so I did. It would seem a simple solution to send a wire-bound manual in a box with hard sides, so that there's no problems upon arrival.”

Hello I am sorry this has arrived damaged. We send out hundreds of manual and 99% arrive safe and intact. I will resend the order with extra packaging.

“The manuals for the camera (printed in two volumes as it's quite a comprehensive manual running to over 500 pages) arrived promptly. However, I would suggest the packaging could have been stronger as it was ripped and bent in one corner resulting in a slight creasing in the corner of one of the manuals. But it was very slight. I have used Camera-Manual.com before and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“The whole process was excellent. I was after a manual for a Fujifilm X-S10. I found the manual easily, after ordering it said it would be sent in the next 12 business days and I wondered how long until it would arrive. This was clearly an exercise in totally surpassing customer expectations as it was sent out 1 day later and arrived 2 days after that so 3 days in all (at each stage I got an email update). The manual is printed on good quality paper with a clear reproduction, including all the pictures. It's very well presented with a firm card back and clear plastic front all held together with a spiral - I love the spiralbound as it lays flat easily. I'm very pleased with the whole process. I should add I live in Staffordshire and am a genuine customer who rarely writes reviews. Now I have the manual, I just have to learn how to use the camera!!”
