“The service was excellent. I was kept informed at all stages of processing my order though to delivery. I ordered manuals for 2 different cameras. - both spiral bound. However, the Finepix manual was printed two pages to an A5 sheet. The resultant actual page was only A6 size , and the print far too small to be read without the help of a magnifying glass! I do think consideration regarding legibility should have been better in this case. Hence only 4 out of 5 stars.”

“It had most of the information you needed nice paper and binder cover that was use. But I was a bit disappointed with some of the pages you could see clearly badly photocopy with some of diagrams missing and parts of the words to the edge of the page where missing But overall coz of the age of the manual I was happy.”

“The manual was as should be. It was on good stock, clear print, good size for a 300+ page manual. The only improvement I would make is to have a clear plastic cover for the back as well as they did with the front. But, this is very minor.”

“If you need a printed manual for your camera look no further than OTC I already have manuals from them for my cameras so knew what to expect My daughter was off to New Zealand and only had the miserable instructions that came with the purchase. I ordered a manual at 11.20 Tuesday morning and received it in Wednesday morning's post. It was the full manual in a spiral-bound mount so easy to use. What more could you want?”

“Reviewing Hasselblad X1DII 50C manual I was sent an older version of the manual: sent 2020-08-03 v2. The current version on line is 2020-11-20. The newer version is significanly different on page 52. I wonder what other pages differ. The printed version is printed in black and white. Online there is some color.”

Hello I am sorry we were not a wear there was a newer version. I have now swapped the manuals and will resend the order. We do state on our website we can only print in black and white.

“I ordered the printed manual for the Fujifilm X-T5 camera. It was printed and shipped from the UK to the US very quickly, with plenty of status notifications along the way. I’m located in a major city in the southeast US, so I actually received the manual a bit sooner than was estimated. The manual came in two spiral bound books with plastic covers just like advertised. They are exactly what I was hoping for and are far more convenient than Fuji’s electronic version. The product, pricing, ordering, and shipping hit all the marks perfectly. Thank you!”
