Hello We were emailing each other as you asked for the order to be printed in A4 size. In order for us to print in A4 we would need to charge more and please could you send the extra needed by bank transfer. You emailed to say you do not do bank transfers and please cancel the order. We cancelled and refunded you for this order hence why you have not received it.

“The manual was better than expected. I was able to read easier because of the size . Still not too big like others that offered a printable manual which was 8X10, the 6x8 is a better size to handle and take with. plus very well made a plus.”
