“The OTC manual duplicates the Richoh manual, but at a larger size that is more readable. Further, the ring binder makes it easer to acess; I can lay it flat or turn over pages around the binder to keep a single page available.”

“Brilliant service and quality. I had an old camera which my daughter became interested in and I could not find the instructions for it anywhere. A quick Google search led me to OTC. I don't know what I was expecting but the finished product was worth every penny and the ring binder was a nice touch. I am grateful for the time spent on making such a fine product and I won't hesitate to use this service again when the inevitable happens because, let's face it, the instructions that come with whatever product are usually flimsy and easily lost. Now I have a great quality folder that sits proudly alongside its counterparts on my bookshelf.”

“I am stupefied that you would ask me to Express my opinion ofyour awful business. I ordered a Nikon 800 manual onI beleive 8/25/22. I paid $36 dollars for the manual and $10 dollars for shipping. I have never received the manual and my Debit card info was stolen andused For fraudulent charges . I wrote numerous emails and all I got from you morons was your lame excuse saying it was sent and a bogus shipping company was guilty of fraud It’s a month now and I have received nothing. I paid your inept company to deliver my manual to my door - not to my country I.e. the USA. Ihave opened up a fraud claim against your terrible company with CHASE / Visa - and ihave stopped payment. Have the English become inept idiots across the board - all that was necessary was to mail my manual. (That means put It in the mail you fools) I will never recommend OTC. To the Contrary I will warn people to stay away from morons!! PS. I tried to reach creeps multiple times Sincerely Yours John Booz”

“Quick delivery but very disappointed with the printed word. It was not a very good reproduction of the original and so feint that in some cases was hard to read ! I really would have thought that someone would do a basic quality check before delivering to the customer”
