“The customer service here is great, they are friendly and helpful and extremely prompt. The product is excellent, well wrapped, good delivery and a slot for wheb the delivery will arrive. The wood is dry, burns long, hot and easily with very little ash. This is probably our 7th delivery from this company and we have always been very pleased.”

“My Husqvarna 450X Automower stopped working. I identified the problem being a burnt PCB in the Charging Station. All the way through Calido were exceptionally responsive, they raised the warranty claim and delivered to me a replacement PCB within 1 week of my first contacting them and kept me up to date all the way through. The mower is now happily mowing again! Thanks!!”
