“The staff are always ready to help if I find a problem - usually because I’ve left it so late to place an order, I’m almost down to the dust on the shed floor!! Never mind - they always do their best to give me the next available delivery slot. A great product, a great staff team and our local delivery team know that I live at the end of a narrow road, and up a slight hill. Everything is well taken care of. They are wonderful!!!”

“We've been buying from Calido Logs and Stoves for more than 18 months and would highly recommend both their products and their excellent service. We buy a pallet of wood briquettes at a time. They are long burning and pretty clean to use. We've also tried the eco briquettes. The delivery is great usually within a couple of days and the pallet is delivered tight to your doorstep. Great company!”

“a very speedy delivery of five boxes of Pini Key briquettes, which were available on a great introductory offer. The logs are great, much better than the Hotties I was previously burning. The delivery was split over two days, which was a surprise, but not an inconvenience.”

“Excellent!! When speaking to the sales staff they were very friendly and helpful. When our half pallet of logs were delivered the delivery guy managed to get it up a short drive on a slight slope into the garage, this was an invaluable help as I'm disabled and worrying if this was possible, I will definitely be ordering from Calido again.”

“Second time I've used Calido,I do a lot of research before buying logs and these seem to be the best value ,probably pay a little extra for nets but only takes 30 minutes or so to neatly stack them away. Used some already and they burn really well. Highly recommend. Great service,thankyou”
