“Delighted with the service. Quick response to order. Regular updates on delivery. Offered to have the mower assembled prior to delivery, which we accepted. Delivery on time and delivery driver very accommodating, managing to get the items placed that was convenient to us.”

“This is the second time that I have ordered Briquettes from Calido, they were delivered at no extra charge, and I live at the other end of the country, on the day specified and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. I find that the briquettes are an excellent product, they burn well and produce plenty of heat on an open fire. I always take a few packs up to my 95 year old mother who still makes up and burns an open fire most winters day she loves them because they don't spit like the occasional log does.”

“I was having trouble trying to find a supplier with the parts in stock which I needed for my Husqvarna brushcutter. Fortunately I was able to find the items I needed at Calido Logs and their customer service and delivery could not have been better. Well done and thank you Calido Logs !”

“New log burner purchased via Calido logs and stoves. Price was very good compared to other companies online and delivery was very good. I have just finished the instal and looking forward to using it when the weather gets cold.”

“Excellent service and products. Cannot recommend Calido enough. All staff so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We always get our logs there. We have just bought lawnmower and strimmer from them and they were amazing explaining product features. Outstanding company.”

“The ordering and delivery was simple to do . I ordered in the shop and staff were really good . On delivery the driver phoned to say he was on his way and when he arrived the pallet was leaning over so was tight squeeze to get it down the path but the driver was excellent at moving pallet truck about can't fault the effort he put in to get it in position. The hole process of ordering and delivery was faultless will definitely use them again”

“Great quality logs delivered quickly. The birch burns really well and produces good heat. The logs themselves have a very pleasant smell which adds to the whole sensory experience you get with a log burning stove. The logs are a wee bit more expensive than other local suppliers but quality is significantly better. Happiness is a full log store!”

“Logs are great but the haulage company struggled with the delivery only had a small pallet truck to move nearly a tonne of logs. I had to help push the pallet of the lorry then he couldn’t get the pallet of the road, so had to hand ball it all from on the road”

We do ask that a powered pallet truck is used for all our deliveries - this should have been the case with yours.
