“Faultless end to end and the delivery driver was fab, offering to unload the nets individually and take the pallet away, saving me the hassle of sawing it in half to take to recycling centre (pallets are pressure treated timber which shouldn't be burned in a log burner). Very pleased. Thank you folks.”

“As I haven't used these logs before it will be interesting to see how they perform, my star rating is for the other logs I have used in the past I think that going on past experience they will be fine. I actually clicked on the wrong ones and didn't check the order, my own stupid fault. Thanks for the kindling and fire lighters that also came with my order free of charge, delivery arrived at the time the driver said and was put in the garage for me, thanks for the great service you delivered as usual and will be ordering again when required. Thanks again Steve O.”

“The order was shipped within a couple of days and the Pini Kay logs arrived well packed and in good condition. The weather has turned much colder this week, so have already started to use them. They are excellent quality and burn hotter and longer than the hardwood logs that I also have.”

“I have been using Calido for many years now. The service from John and Lauren is exemplary and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I chose the mixed pallet of briquettes as I find it easier to start the fire on the round briquettes and then switch to the square ones once the fire is established.”

“Called ahead with ETA. Arrived on time. No issues with delivery. Only query is that I asked them to collect the existing crate and that wasn’t a problem for the driver. I would have thought I would have received a discount for recycling this as I was an existing customer I didn’t get any discount at all”

“Exceptional service from ordering the log store to getting it delivered. They sold me my log burner last year and the excellent service at that time made me return for my most recent ourchase. The delivery driver John is polite and helpful and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend this company.”
