“Excellent service. My email with a few queries was acted upon immediately, on the telephone, by a lovely person who sorted everything out. The logs arrived promptly and were stored efficiently by a very cheery deliverer. This is my first time using Calido, they were recommended to me by my brother, and judging by the fire I am enjoying at the moment, it won't be the last. Thank you very much.”

“Order was fine , delivery great as always ,only downside was communication with the chat prior to ordering, I had a discount code which I couldn't use , chat was fine telling me code was not valid , but then went on to ask where I got the code , and who sent and where I got it from , it was sent from calido for 1st anniversary, i sent screen shot to them , and no one has replied, very disappointed”
