“Service from calico was excellent however the delivery driver was less than helpful I thought for a bit the pallet was going to be dumped on my driveway in the snow”

“Calido logs are always beautifully dry and easy to burn. My property is not the easiest to deliver a pallet to, but successive drivers have gone the extra mile and managed to deliver them successfully. This means I can relax and not worry about my order. My thanks to all the drivers and I'd like to wish everyone at Calido a very happy Christmas.”

“This is the third crate of logs I purchased from Calido, and every time the quality and service have been first class. In my photo, we are burning lovely Oak logs in the lead up to Christmas. In the recent -6 degree days, we were cosy and warm regardless of what the weather was doing outside.”

“Sitting by our HWAM stove in our kitchen / living room at a toasty 21C with your logs burning for the 5th ? 6th year. The best, and so easy to stack, and break to smaller. I break them by dropping a whole pack on a sharp edge. makes them easy then to cut into and drop into log basket. Good to know we are using waste material from contruction. Delivery system always works for us. Great new tracking on line. Lovely people throughout the chain. Have photos but no option to post”

“Fantastic service from Calido Logs again. The pallet was well wrapped and protected against the weather. Delivery chap is really helpful and dropped the pallet off just where I wanted it. Offered to unwrap it for me.”

“Quick efficient delivery, kept me updated about the delivery and received a phonecall on the day to advice on the way. Between the call and the driver very arriving, unexpected broadband works vans arrived in the area, reducing ease of access direct outside my property but delivery driver wasn't fazed and still delivered straight into my garage. Excellent service.”
