“Found this company on a web search. The only company I could find with the product I was looking for. Everyone else had sold out. I rang to make sure they still had the product. Good service on the phone which confirmed what I wanted. Proceeded to use the online order process and the product arrived within 3 days. No complaints whatsoever. Very good and would definitely use again.”

“Calido.... are very communicative and helpful. Following my initial order, which arrived on the requested date, I'd forgotten to order a metal plate for the heater to sit on. Called Calido, ordered one and was with me next day! High praise! I was also very impressed with the company who delivered. Given the heater's weight and it being a kerbside delivery.... they got it up my rough drive and as close to my garden gate before even letting me know they were there. They went beyond the 'call of duty'.”

“Great communication and service. Delivered perfectly and some free logs which I wasn't expecting as don't read all the info. “Found the stove I wanted on Calidos website at a very good price. I also wanted to log store but couldn’t see this on their website. Contacted them via email and they responded very promptly saying they had the stand in stock and had added it to their site so I could purchase. Excellent service, delivered swiftly. All in order!”
