Calido.... are very communicative and helpful. Following my initial order, which arrived on the requested date, I'd forgotten to order a metal plate for the heater to sit on. Called Calido, ordered one and was with me next day! High praise!
I was also very impressed with the company who delivered. Given the heater's weight and it being a kerbside delivery.... they got it up my rough drive and as close to my garden gate before even letting me know they were there. They went beyond the 'call of duty'.
