“Logs are great but the haulage company struggled with the delivery only had a small pallet truck to move nearly a tonne of logs. I had to help push the pallet of the lorry then he couldn’t get the pallet of the road, so had to hand ball it all from on the road”

Thanks for your review, Christian. We are glad to hear that you are pleased with our logs, however we apologise for any inconvenience caused during the delivery process. We do ask that a powered pallet truck is used for all our deliveries - this should have been the case with yours. “Ordered a full pallet of Fire Log Briquettes at a good price. Was an easy transaction and the delivery was brilliant and on time. Would not use anyone else to purchase our logs as Calido is an exceptional Company and will go out of their way to help with any questions, or anything else.”

We do try to absorb as much of the delivery costs ourselves, although sadly some of the Highlands and Islands postcodes cost us quite a bit extra.
