“First trial - lorry too large for the road and access - but electric trolley up driveway was perfect. Small wheels on trolley tucked up the garage floor mat. No problem but probably best th roll it to one side before delivery.”

“Calido logs are exactly as advertised - properly kiln dried and can be used immediately. The pallet they come in, is excellent and can be used as kindling. Delivery is fast. We live in the North Hiughlands and the logs still get here from Stirling in about three days. I've purchased five pallets so far and had no trouble at all. I would recommend Calido to anyone.”

“Having had a bumpy ride into the world of woodburners but had a very smooth landing when we called at Calido Logs and Stoves. Right from the start we got good old fashioned advice with no pushy sales. John was great at narrowing down our choices on a stove which was fitted quickly and to a very high standard by Craig and his colleague. We are delighted with the service. We also purchased a bulk delivery of Ash Logs which are superb. Clean burning and excellent heat output. Very happy customers around. Thank you.”

“Such a good company to deal with. Very helpful. Pre-formed logs work well for me. Easy to store. Burn nicely. I was pleased to get the offer with kindling and fire lighters. Kindling is great and I've not yet tried the lighters. Delivery guy was brilliant too anc moved the pallet into the garage. Recommend this company.”

“First order and very happy with all aspects. Ordering easy, deliverywith no issues. Birch Logs (12 bags) are a good size and first burn went well. Kerbside delivery as house up stairs good aerobic exercise too! Arrived on date requested - perfect. Driver very helpful and polite Will certainly order again”

“Having bought our log burner with full installation from Calido as the all round experience was faultless, we thought best to continue to shop with them for their own logs, briquettes, kindling and fire lighters, we are delighted with our first online order delivered to our door. First class customer service, easy to navigate online shop and excellent products.
