“Service,product&delivery excellent. Very disappointed with delivery charge,as with many companies penalised for living in the Highlands.This charge does make the product on the expensive side. Calido Logs are to be recommended.”

“The quality of the birch logs is very good and burn well. I am considering trying another wood but that will be later in the year. Although delivery was delayed the service and helpfulness of the driver was exemplary. I have reccomended you to others. Follow up ( the delay) was unexpected but appreciated. All in all Excellent”

“Was going to buy Alko log splitter online from South of England, looked again online and noticed Calido better price, on investigation found they where local 12 miles away called them for stock availability paid and got free delivery as well, great service all round James the delivery driver very helpful as I was out at the time of delivery he put in my garage highly recommend”

“Great to still be able to get the square section briquettes which don't roll around in our firebox. Well packaged with strong polythene wrapping. Added bonus having delivery firm use an electric pallet transporter to get close to our store. Very pleased.”
