“Excellent website site plenty to choose from great prices abdvtheur sale prices even better bought the 1/2 pallet of fire log briquettes where my neighbour abd U go halves even better savings thus time U got the kindling to try it unfortunately I do not like them feel not good value but that is only my opinion”

“Really happy with my birch kiln dried logs. It was my first time ordering and the service was outstanding. I had a couple of questions after I ordered, I emailed in and got an answer quickly. On the day of delivery, the driver called me to double check where to leave them. Outstanding service and will be using you again in the future. Thanks”

Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear the crate size. We aim for accuracy and value, so I appreciate you flagging this. The volumes stated on the website are clearly stated as loose cubic meter and not a stacked cubic meter. The loose volume we use is calculated in line with Woodsure conversion factors from stacked to loose meter cube. For clarity, a stacked m3 volume is the logs neatly stacked like in our crates, the loose volume is if you tipped them all into a heap of filled them loosely into bulk bags. The loose volume figure that we state is the industry standard way of describing firewood volumes as it allows easy comparison between crates, nets, bulk bags, truck loads and so on.
