We have been using Cable Monkey for several years and bought a fair amount of pre-terminated fibre and accessories. I have recently bought some bulk fibre for a project and tried to contact you to get some advice on the purchase of a fusion splicer. Despite numerous phone calls and promises of a callback, no one bothered to come back to me. A little disappointing as I was looking to spend £2 to £5k on equipment and training. Maybe my purchase was too small to bother with?
I have now gone elsewhere for the splicer.
