“I ordered some fibre termination patch panels - FF-PPL-8WLC-MMDX Pro Patch Panel - Fibre Type : Multimode, Connector Type : LC Duplex, No. of Fibres : 8 Way The photos of the units showed a fairly complete unit. The kit arrived, installers appeared, opened the boxes and hey-presto no pigtails on the unit. So the splicer and the installers will have to reappear to finish the job. I (now) appreciate the termination units dont come with pigtails but ... the order screen requests qty of connections, the type of connections etc. The picture shows a populated rack. If the picture was changed or was emblazoned with NO PIGTAILS SUPPLIED then I could have save 2 installer days!”

“Poor. Reason: next day delivery (Friday)requested. Delivery arrived today (Monday) 12.30 pm. External IT specialist (required to set up computer with software and link computer into company network) arrived this morning 9am and left 9.05am since computer had not arrived. I will need to re-book specialist and I expect I will be charged for this. In summary - late delivery very inconvenient. Regards Howard Sansome MD”

“Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong product, although all the correspondence and even the packing note referred to the connector as ordered. The fault apparently lay with "the suppliers". I was sent a replacement by fast delivery, and received a decent apology, but it was an inconvenience that should have been avoided.”

“Ordered pre-terminated fibre - delivery fine, but pulling tube broke off mid pull ripping the connectors off. Might as well have purchased unterminated fibre and paid to terminate it on site.”

“next day delivery that i paid for doesn't mean next day when the order is put in at a weekend. It gets delivered on Tuesday not Monday. If this was made clearer i could have gone to screwfix and got them myself for on Monday.”

“We were very disappointed to not receive the goods until today 25.02.19. We expected it on Monday 18th. The delivery company have stamped on the box 'school closed - half term'. This was not the case, the school was open all week and staff were on site and in the office. We had to purchase the items from an alternative supplier so that we could complete the scheduled work during half term.”

“Ordering online webpages, etc were easy to understand and use. Receiving emeail notification on the status of my order was good. However I received shipped notification on 16/11/2018, and item was only delivered on the 26/11/2018. It took 10 days to ship from Basingstoke to East London, this is poor. Also a couple of 1M cables was over wrapped. Item is not that fragile .”
