“I paid for next day delivery as I urgently needed the networking items purchased within two working days, however I didn't receive the items for 4 days. I didn't raise a complaint as the delay due to the recent bad weather but I'm not happy that I haven't been offered a refund of the additional delivery price paid.”

Hi Simon, please accept my apology for the late delivery of your cabinet. As your order was placed at 8pm on the 26th it wasn’t processed and dispatched until the 27th. It should have been with you on the 28th but for reasons unknown to us, despite being at your local FedEx depot, FedEx couldn’t deliver. In this instance FedEx will normally leave a card or a text with a rescheduled delivery date but they will never relay that information back to us. If your delivery doesn’t arrive when expected it is important to tell us as soon as possible, we can often reschedule or reroute it for you. In the meantime I hope you are happy with your products which I understand were delivered on the 1st of March and I can confirm that your delivery charge will be refunded in the next few days.
