“Fast postage and quality products. I was actually missing the inserts to my Cat 6 plugs and after a quick email to customer service they were priority shipped to me free of charge... no issues at all. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended”

“Disappointing as the product was out of stock, I ordered next day delivery and was told my item was dispatched. I didn't find out the item wasn't in stock till a week later. Fairplay to the service team as they got an explanation to me and offered to refund me soon after I emailed. Good customer service.”

“ordered a number of items, had a call from Cable Monkey to say one item was no longer in stock. They did offer an alternative which was not really what I needed. However they would endeavour to obtain the original item and get back to me. Shortly afterwards,(2~3 days) the parts arrived. Excellent service.”
