“I have used Cable Monkey twice recently. The web site is well organised and it was straightforward to find what I needed and to place an order. The goods arrived promptly and there were no surprises. I sent a query about some of the goods to customer services and their response was both speedy and courteous, and resolved my question completely. From my experiences, Cable Monkey appears to be a company that knows how to treat its customers properly, with reasonable pricing and offering good service.”

“I needed two Cat 6 short (1m) patch cables to connect new NAS boxes. These were despatched very promptly and arrived in the allotted delivery period. The green one is exactly as described, the grey one is evidently very old stock, judging by the packing, and includes latch protection, which was not my choice. However it did not cause an issue in plugging into the switch, so I did not reject it.”

“I ordered these online and it said 2-3 working days delivery, they were ordered Tuesday afternoon so I presumed Friday would be the 3rd working day (it did also give a next day delivery which I ticked but didn't expect that would happen). I was contacted the next day, after I'd placed my order, to be told the cables would be despatched on Friday (the 3rd working day) for Monday delivery, but I could pay £42 for a Saturday delivery. I wasn't best pleased but agreed to pay as we needed the cables for works that had been planned. I had an email to say my order was on it's way Saturday morning and thought no more of it. when I got to work Monday morning I found out the cables had not be delivered, we had men on site waiting to work, it put back our programme and was very costly to the project. When I contacted Cable Monkey on the Monday they were extremely apologetic and the lady I spoke to was really helpful, we did get the cables eventually but this is not acceptable, if we pay premium postage costs we expect a premium service. I'm not sure I'd use them again based on this experience.”
