“Quick processing of order and quick delivery, however the delivery was 2off boxes and one arrived one day and the other the following the next which caused confusion especially as each box was marked 1 of 2 or 2 of 2 and delivered separately.”

“The site and prices along with the range of products sold are excellent. I am very pleased with the purchases I have made. All delivery instructions were followed and the speed of delievery was excellent. I was able to use next day delivery which was exceptionally handy. The only disappointing element was the polystyrene loose-fill used in the packing box. Considering the many modern options now available (even just packed recycled paper) this is actually something that may prevent me buying from them in thr future. Given the environmental impact of such a product, I would have to consider other similar priced purchasing options in the future. An excellent service and company otherwise, just a shame about their packing decisions.”

Many thanks for your order and review, we're glad to hear you're pleased with the purchase. Regarding the packaging, we do, where possible, use recycled packaging or reuse the packaging used by our suppliers to reduce waste, as was the case with this loose fill which was reused from a shipment we received. We try to do this as much as possible to reduce our environmental impact and also where possible reduce our costs to keep our prices down.

“Easy to use Web site, easy to pick the items that I wanted. The only problem that I had, as a new customer, was opening up an account. I write my comments in this order because it was only after I had selected the items that I wanted that I found out that I needed to open an account. Then, having placed the order, the cables were delivered promptly. Thanks.”

Thanks for your comments. We require customers to provide us with their delivery and billing addresses to allow us to deliver and charge for the goods. The next time you visit us you won't have to enter these details again

“No question that I would do business with these people again, nothing went wrong with delivered products and Only issue was that I asked a question via email and it took 48 hours to get a reply, so I ended up have to make my own descision and bought something I did not need. If they could sort this out, it would be a great, rather than good, experience.”

“Everything was quick and easy the categories could do with a bit of work to make them a little easier to navigate, and the it would be nice if the shipping options could include delivery estimates at checkout but other than that the service was how I would expect just a few little things that prevent it from being perfect.”
