“Ordered a reel of Cat6 cable, was delivered very promptly. Absolutely no complaints so far, as have not installed product yet. Service was good, and website far easier to use than various competitors.”

“No question that I would do business with these people again, nothing went wrong with delivered products and Only issue was that I asked a question via email and it took 48 hours to get a reply, so I ended up have to make my own descision and bought something I did not need. If they could sort this out, it would be a great, rather than good, experience.”

“Everything was quick and easy the categories could do with a bit of work to make them a little easier to navigate, and the it would be nice if the shipping options could include delivery estimates at checkout but other than that the service was how I would expect just a few little things that prevent it from being perfect.”

“The item was easy to order, was delivered quickly and was exactly as advertised. The only issue was that my request for the package to be left on the porch in my absence was not passed on to the courier service. Cable Monkey should consider the introduction of a system (used in many other companies) whereby requests/instructions from the customer are automatically included in the information to the courier - 'man out of the loop'.”
