“Good service. Happy with the cable quality. Did not appreciate the packaging though. Unbelievably difficult to cut through that shrink wrap rubber stuff. Risked cutting through the cables just getting into it”

Thank you for your feedback Wolfgang. We do send out the VAT invoices by email, but there is a bit of a delay in getting these across. Unfortunately we dont have an automated system for sending them at the moment, however we are working on implementing a better solution.

“First time having used CableMonkey, was very pleased. The site is very easy to search/ navigate and the prices were the best I could find. Delivery was incredibly quick too so very pleased there. Only thing that would have been useful for me would be an option of 50m of Cat6 in addition to the existing offers of 30m and 100m. Very pleased though.”

“Web page is misleading. I ordered Cat6 face plates just selecting the picture representing colour I wanted. I missed the fact that I also need to select the colour explicitly in a drop-box (very unintuitive). As result I ordered wrong colour. Those were quickly swapped, so everything was resolved to my satisfaction.”

“No monkeying around. I was happy with the prices and item descriptions on the website, so placed an ordered which then turned up in good time. The items where well packaged and as ordered. So overall a good experience. Only giving four stars as there was nothing exceptional about my order or the experience, it was just as to be expected, not that you always get that these days and three stars just seemed to low. I would and have recommended the site to a friend and would certainly head here again in future.”
