“The quality of the product was very good and reasonably priced. However I am a little disappointed with the delivery as it went over the promised date of 10 working days.”

“I ordered a pair of900x1200 interlocking door canopies expecting delivery to take a week or 10 days. 24hrs later I received an email to say they had been dispatched and by the following morning they had arrived. Well done. The canopies themselves are well made and look good when fitted. I consider myself reasonably competent in diy but I have to say the instructions were poor to middling and there was no advice at all about the best way to go about erecting them as an interlocked pair.... that was trial and error. Also there seems to be a right and a wrong way to fit the cross channels into the side arms since the holes at each end of the side arms seem to be a mm or two different resulting in a fair amount of frustration until sussed. The double ended bolts to attach the canopy to the brackets look good but the threads are so fine that it is very fiddly to get them on correctly. All these are minor niggles which resulted in the job taking longer than expected. However, the finished job was well worth the effort.”

“I purchased the 900mm by 1500mm door canopy very happy with the service. I would point out there is a mistake on the assembly instructions though at point 9 you enclose 6 self tapping screws to fix the cover piece 8 .Only 2 screws are required and these need to have a small thread to fix to the bottom glazing bar it would not be possible to fix with the self tapper and could damage the unit . I would also recommend you advise customers to watch your assembly video.”

Thank you for your feed back, i have looked into your order and i am sorry that it took us longer than normal to make the delivery. The delay was unfortunately due to more than one issue that compounded the situation these included staffing holidays and vehicle breakdown which had a knock on effect to our delivery schedule. When this happens we always look to put deliveries onto carriers however your order was was 3 x 4M long sheets and due to the flexible nature of the 10mm polycarbonate these are not suitable. We try to deliver as many of our products on our own vehicles to avoid damage that is extremely common with external carriers and the down side of this can sometimes result in a delay when things go wrong. If we had put it on a carrier then it is highly likely the sheets would have been damaged and would then requiring a replacement. Sorry again for the delay in your delivery please be assured that we do take your comments seriously regardless of order value, size and location but i am sure you will fully understand the logistics of making deliveries throughout the UK will sometimes result in delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

“Polycarbonate sheets small order. The first promised delivery week came and went without delivery, During a phone call to find out why, I was given the excuse of vehicle breakdown, as the delivery was not urgent this was acceptable. But a phone call or email would have been appreciated to avoid waiting in all the days, you should consider this. Delivered now all OK”

“From the time of ordering I was kept well informed of the progress of my purchase. I was given a delivery time slot and received a call to ensure the delivery would be met.
