“I purchased an interlocking door canopy. The size is excellent being 1200mm x 900mm however the instructions are tedious to decipher being completely pictorial. It is not easy to erect and requires two people. There are no part kits available for interconnection so it is a case of purchasing full kits and throwing away the parts which can't be used. Not very good value for money despite the catalogue impression to the contrary.”

“Your brochure didn't make clear which side of the polycarbonate faces up - i.e I now understand it to be the blue film side which has the UV protection. I had to phone you. It would also help if there were clearly annotated details and diagrams for the end caps' and tapes' methods of fixing. e.g. it wasn't clear that the breather tape goes at the bottom of the sheet and the white plastic end trim actually goes over it, and that the 'hook' acts as a throat or fain drip. I hope this helps. Having said that I did find your brochure comprehensive and informative.”

“Great service and always helpful at the ordering stage. Less flexible (kinda understandably) at the delivery stage though. Great that you deliver so far out but offset against limited options for delivery to cope with fitting in with personal commitments with your customers.”

“I ordered some polycarbonate roof sheets from the website based solely on the price being the cheapest on the Web. My cut to size sheets arrived by courier two days later. I am very happy with the service and the product. Would definitely recommend.”

“Purchased two times Canopy, in the clear and other in bronze. The both arrived well packaged up, and my husband found it easy to put together, and erected both over our back door either side, the bronze on the outside, which matched the outside of our front door, and the clear facing our back garden. We both would not have any hesitation in recommending the company. Only downside, is that we both wised that we had discovered this company prior to having a company to install a canopy across our front door, which I must admit although, it looks nice, we would have saved a lot more money. Not to worry we are difiately”

Thank you for your feedback. I am not sure why someone has sent your catalogue and order acknowledgement in the post and then sent the items separately. Our internal procedures do cover this exact example so i will make sure i cover this point with all the staff to ensure they fully understand that all carrier and postal acknowledgements are only sent with the order. “A good product which looks most attractive. However better instructions needed. When constructing a building it would be best to concenrate on the roof width first. In this way the ondulations in the roofing material would match the roof width exactly and avoid introducing fillets to create a neat finish. Having established the width of the roof it is relatively easy to deduct the measurements of cladding etc and arrive at an accurate measurement for the construction of the base. Bearing in mind the size of the order I found the delivery charge excessive. I hope this reporthas proved helpful. MK”

“I ordered some square guttering products and some roof felt plastic replacements. They were all exactly what I needed to do the job. The only thing that I can fault is the delivery time, which was almost two weeks. For the delivery charge of twenty pounds I would expect delivery to be within 48 hours at least.”

Thank you for the feedback, i have looked into your order and due to the nature of the products these are not suitable to be sent by carrier so delivery is made on our own transport. Our standard delivery is up to 10 days and i did notice that we delivered in 9 days so it is right on our limit of what we aim to achieve. These times depend on the day you order as our vehicles leave on a Monday for a full weeks run. If you had ordered on a Friday then it would have left on the Monday unfortunately your order was processed on the Tuesday and so you had to wait until the following week. You mentioned the delivery charges, these do not represent the actual cost of delivery and this is actually much more. Due to the low price of our products both instore and online we can not offer a cheaper service along with bulk order discounts which off sets the delivery charge, we do always say that customers are always welcome to come and collect if they do not wish to pay delivery charges. I hope this helps explain a little Darren

“The over all help I receive from the company was first class. The roof the I purchased was of good quality. I would say that putting the roof on the conservatory is not for a DIY. You would need a bit of knowledge to erecting it. The York system I purchased did not have any instructions.”
