“As I have used C&A previously I had no hesitation to use them again, I ordered on-line which I found easy to navigate and the order was delivered on time ,so will use again. One other thing Is that I received a phone call previous day confirming the delivery, which I found handy. So thank you C&A”

“Waited ten days for tape to arrive, not very helpful person at end of the phone when I enquired about my missing order. Said he would phone me back as he was dealing with a customer. So what was I?? Needless to say he did not telephone me back. I now think I have been charged twice for this order.”

“I purchased some roofing sheets and fixings. The salesman was very helpful and professional and sent me a detailed e-mail quotation and an expected delivery date. On delivery, which was extremely prompt, the driver was brilliant. Overall C&A are a great company to deal with, and the free pair of gloves are brilliant! Thank you.”

“The mix-up over the costings for the order - on your side was not appreciated especially since we'd given you exact dimensions and numbers. The cost of the order rose so steeply and really doesn't seem worth it in the end - especially given all the extra admin involved in having to cancel and re-do purchase orders. Also, you sent far too many emails with the quotes on - don't know if they were system generated but one email with the quote attached as a pdf would've been enough - it made things really confusing, especially with the order mixup.”

“I purchased one sheet of 16mm polycarbonate sheet and was told three to five days delivery. I ordered on Wednesday and was phoned to say delivery would be next day before 12. Quarter to twelve my purchase arrived by a very courteous and helpful driver. Highly recommend purchase and company.”

“I purchased polycarbonate roofing for over my decking at a price that was almost £200 cheaper than a local company. The delivery came within 6 working days which worked out perfect for me. When the driver lifted the tarpaulin on his lorry i looked at the load and it was all neat, which tells me the driver was careful. All goods were accounted for and undamaged. When it came to attaching the roof, it all went together easily and quite fast considering i have never done it before. The only knowledge i had for the roof was c and a's youtube videos, which were surprisingly helpful. I was a bit weary about putting boards across the hawk plastic runners to attach the buttons, being a sixteen stone scaffolder, but there wasnt even a creak. All in all a big thumbs up from me”
