“You were great in the way you telephoned me to sort out what Job I was actually doing(putting a new roof on my porch) and advising on actual number of screws, number andthickness of sheets etc. I needed. However, the capping buttons you sent had 25mm "stalks "and I spent considerable time and the purchase of a 10mm drill bit for metal, before I decided that violating the integrity of the metal spur was probably not a good idea and that different buttons might be the answer. On phoning up and finding that there are buttons with 10mm" stalks ",I purchased 20 of them, threw the others, away and now the roof is completed. It has been tested by southerly gales and rain and is totally water-proof. Thank you ,Julia Dance (68) and Nathaniel (16) satisfied and quite frankly amazed, new roofers”

“I came across your site after searching on line for Wall boards. In the event I ordered 3 polycarbonate sheets with corner fittings as the product looked just right and the price was very competitive. . The transaction went very well and the order was completed and delivered without any problems. Communication is excellent with follow up confirmation via email and post. I addition I received a phone call confirming the delivery slot. The product is first class. Well done you guys.”

“This review is the current status as I've been sent a request to write a review and I still haven't received the product. Hopefully they will solve the problem then I can update the review. Has not been delivered. Got a phone call and email from what I assume is one of their manufacturing offices saying that they've received it back but without a cover note and want to know what is going on.... I've no idea what is going on - they've never delivered it to me! and obviously I've never returned it to them. tried to call their number but got put through to a different location and cant get through to the number they gave me. have replied by email. hopefully they will sort it out and I can update the review... UPDATE - 4 weeks later no product, have asked for a refund.”

“Pleased with the product. Delivery a little disjointed received e-mail to say delivery would be within a certain timescale period and would be notified when delivery would take place. However the product arrived when we were out. Luckily a neighbour was able to accept delivery. A message was left on our answerphone the day of delivery to say delivery was on its way was expecting a little more notice. However happy with product and would use C&A again.”

“I put in an Internet order the following day they contacted me to run through the project to check that I had ordered all to complete the job . Great communication from order to delivery, contacted me the day befor delivery, every one polite and very helpful 5 star service”
