“good products and nice people on the phone only thing wrong was the delivery time was to open, five days is too long and would be help by courtesy call day before delivery, if other firm can why cant you.”

Thank you for the feedback, I have looked at your order and would like to reply to the comments you made. Some of your items are 5M lengths and as such we don't not send these via courier because they normally get damaged so we deliver on our own transport. Also I can confirm both and email and text message was sent to advise the order had been sent by our own transport and the driver that made your delivery is one of out long standing drivers who always calls customers to advise delivery time. it might be possible that there was no answer or a facility to leave a message. We are sorry you are not happy with the service and I will pass the comments on to the transport department. Thank You

“I found ordering on line was very easy. I had made an error and received a call from customer services where the agent was very pleasant and helpful. We received a call about delivery. The delivery agent was more than helpful and again very polite. My whole shopping experience was very easy and would certainly use C&A again.”

“You were great in the way you telephoned me to sort out what Job I was actually doing(putting a new roof on my porch) and advising on actual number of screws, number andthickness of sheets etc. I needed. However, the capping buttons you sent had 25mm "stalks "and I spent considerable time and the purchase of a 10mm drill bit for metal, before I decided that violating the integrity of the metal spur was probably not a good idea and that different buttons might be the answer. On phoning up and finding that there are buttons with 10mm" stalks ",I purchased 20 of them, threw the others, away and now the roof is completed. It has been tested by southerly gales and rain and is totally water-proof. Thank you ,Julia Dance (68) and Nathaniel (16) satisfied and quite frankly amazed, new roofers”

“I came across your site after searching on line for Wall boards. In the event I ordered 3 polycarbonate sheets with corner fittings as the product looked just right and the price was very competitive. . The transaction went very well and the order was completed and delivered without any problems. Communication is excellent with follow up confirmation via email and post. I addition I received a phone call confirming the delivery slot. The product is first class. Well done you guys.”

“This review is the current status as I've been sent a request to write a review and I still haven't received the product. Hopefully they will solve the problem then I can update the review. Has not been delivered. Got a phone call and email from what I assume is one of their manufacturing offices saying that they've received it back but without a cover note and want to know what is going on.... I've no idea what is going on - they've never delivered it to me! and obviously I've never returned it to them. tried to call their number but got put through to a different location and cant get through to the number they gave me. have replied by email. hopefully they will sort it out and I can update the review... UPDATE - 4 weeks later no product, have asked for a refund.”
