“The pictures of the items on web site don't match what is supplied, the staff were unhelpful and wanted to charge me to return the items that wasn't what they were meant to be. Called up 3 times about my delivery and they didn't return my call at all . Rude and in helpful -10”

Hi I am sorry that you are unhappy with the photo's on the website, you will note that it is the same image on all of the anthracite board widths, and this is common practice in our marketplace. The description does make it clear that this product is double lipped, but we are taking your comments onboard for improvement link to board in question https://www.cabp.co.uk/Roof-Line/Coloured-Fascia-and-Soffit/Fascia-Cappit-And-Soffit-Anthracite-Grey/18mm-uPVC-Fascia-Board-Anthracite-Grey/5M-x-410mm-x-18mm-Fascia-Anthracite-Grey_LF540AG.htm Yours C & A

“C&A did not make me happy, the plastic sheets were easy to order efficient delivery but!!! the sheets were not the colour shown on the web page, on the web the sheets look a beautiful amber bronze but on delivery they look a smoky colour. All the documents say bronze but they look more like a smoky greyish colour.”

Hi We are sorry you feel disappointed, trying to represent colours online is very difficult considering the different screen resolutions, pixel creation, and the fact that colours will vary slightly due to batch productions. Many customers ask fr samples prior to order to ensure it is the material they want. We have noted on your order your comments, and if you wish to return this you are still in your time frames to do so and then sheets can be purchased elsewhere once you have sourced the shade you are looking for. If you have any questions please call us to discuss C & A

“I have ordered materials from C&A before and have been pleased with them. But my 3rd order came with damaged edges to the cladding boards. The packaging was not as secure or robust as my other orders, hence only 3 stars.”
