Thank you for your feedback We are constantly trying to improve our systems, it is difficult to meet everyone requirements in practically, as different people value different aspects of the service. Many value the logistics issue of moving large products that they can not achieve, others value the low cost of the delivery, others value the speed or a set time of delivery but are willing to pay the true economic cost of achieving this. Our set system is there to cover the majority of customers, we do often provide bespoke services for clients by quotation and this can be discussed with a sales person at the time. Looking at your order however, to provide such a service it looks like the economies to provide such a service would have increased your total order value by 30-50%, but for some such as our scenery building clients this is understood and they regularly take this option, or send their own HGV's I hope this has been of help

“They did what I wanted! They responded to a query I had promptly and it was quick from order to delivery. They delivered to a different address as requested and I was very happy with that. I can't say much more than that at the moment as the product it is not installed yet but it looks like the product I ordered so I am sure it will be good ;)”

“shopping online is nearly always a nervous thing, but i was delighted with the product and price when it arrived and was pleased i had chosen C & A, will use them on my next place, very helpful when placing my order and didn't mind adding more to the original order a couple of days later that i had overlooked,”

“i overordered, but no problem, soffits and facia were returned with no bother. good clean products, good fitting on gutters etc, . 5-10 days delivery, on time,delivered in 5 days by a sociable driver who kept me informed all the time. well done c & a, I will definately be back.”

“Ordered geo panels for walls and ceiling in bathroom easy ordering quick delivery but delivery not loaded correctly on lorry but we didnt check everything within the time scale of 72hrs then customer service was useless 10 out of 10 for product 0 out of 10 for help from customer services.”

“We ordered a C&A canopy to put over our hot tub, after some delay in delivery it arrived. We are very happy with the result, really good quality and I managed to install it on my own. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a carport or canopy.”

Thank you for the feedback, I have looked at your order and would like to reply to the comments you made. Some of your items are 5M lengths and as such we don't not send these via courier because they normally get damaged so we deliver on our own transport. Also I can confirm both and email and text message was sent to advise the order had been sent by our own transport and the driver that made your delivery is one of out long standing drivers who always calls customers to advise delivery time. it might be possible that there was no answer or a facility to leave a message. We are sorry you are not happy with the service and I will pass the comments on to the transport department. Thank You

“I found ordering on line was very easy. I had made an error and received a call from customer services where the agent was very pleasant and helpful. We received a call about delivery. The delivery agent was more than helpful and again very polite. My whole shopping experience was very easy and would certainly use C&A again.”
