“The delivery day and time was obscure, fortunately there was someone in. The sheets were not well pact hence they arrived damaged also were not cut square hence a lot of unnecessary work had to be done in order to use them. fortunately for you I was able to cut out damaged corners sides were also showing signs of delivery damage. I am sure this was not al your fault but rough handling was the fault of the poor handling but sheets not cut square was your responsibility I will use you again but will advise you of the need to be more careful when delivering”

Thank you for your feedback, i have looked into your order and the product you purchased. The 4mm polycarbonate sheet is a general purpose multi-wall product and by its very nature is lightweight and soft product. I have reviewed the order with the packers and they assure me they packed this items the same way as they would normally so we do not understand how the damage occurred. Your comments about the material not being square. All the sheets are cut to within a few mm we can not be more accurate due to the nature of the product and its expansion rate. The sizes of these sheets will vary greatly between summer and winter and the daily temperature will effect the size between us cutting it an you receiving it. between 10deg & 30deg will give a size change and this is always more noticeable on the length. As for being out of square the low cost sheets tend to move a small amount due to the stress relief when cut however the machine is regularly checked and serviced to ensure it cuts square, this still happens with the high end sheets but not so much. I did also notice that you have not contacted us once about problems with your order and given us the chance to resolve the issue. Thanks Darren

“I was impressed with the very quick delivery of the door canopy that I had ordered, and also with the quality of the product. However I was not very happy with the assembly instructions. I.E. there was no mention of the drill bit size required for the fixing bolts, there was no sugestion that two people would make the bending of the plastic sheet easier, and also the diagrams were very small.......exploded views would make things a lot easier. A door canopy is probably an item that is sold to a DIY person like myself, and as such we require very explicit instructions, having said that, I am very pleased with the product.”

“I purchased polycarbonate sheets to use as cover for my pond over winter. The price was very reasonable compared to other sites and the customer service was excellent. I was not sure as to what I needed, but the gentleman who dealt with my query was very helpful and explained the various options. Delivery was within a few days, and a txt messge kept me informed. Excellent service all round and I have no hesitation in recommending C & A Building Plastics. Would recommend that C & A Plastics ask to join Popeye's Koi Site on Facebook which has 5.5k members who are keen Koi fish keeprers, and may have need for polycabonates, etc. Mention my name. “I purchased a Drive-Eye Car Camera, which is perfect, nice and small, I have it behind my rear view mirror and cannot see it at all when I'm in the car. It is very easy to remove from the holder. Brilliant GPS, the Speed is exact. I will be purchasing another for the rear of my car. Thanks.”

“I bought 16mm 9 wall polycarbonate sheets for my conservatory. Maybe mistakenly, I expected the internal walls to be substantial and increase the rigidity of the panels as well as provide good insulation, but the internal walls are more like thin polythene membrane rather than walls. They don't add any strength, and they do make it more difficult to remove any cut particles or water before sealing them. Otherwise the service from cabp was good.”

“The capping plastic boards were quickly despatched by C&A.
