“I purchased the Sanctuary carport kit, it is a very good quality product and looks great on the side of my house. Delivery guy was great, explained what everything was as we went through all the parts.”

“I purchased polycarbonate sheets and associated accessories. Delivered quickly and in good order. I was contacted to point out an error in my order which resulted in a saving of over £30. Due to terrible weather I have not been able to install planned roof. If weather persists may put off installation until next year.”

“I purchased corrugated sheeting for a construction at the bottom of the garden and these matched the ones I had bought from C&A Plastics a couple of years ago. Ordering, confirmation of order and notification of delivery all went very well (although your computer system recognises me as "Bolla" rather than "de Bolla"). A couple of the sheets were found to be damaged by your driver before unloading and he was extremely helpful in arranging replacements. He also put himself out to add the re-delivery of replacement sheets on one of his routes. So, I only had to wait two days and my work plan was not delayed as a result. I appreciate the efforts the driver went to to satisfy my order. Well done to him especially.”

“I purchase 5 Polycarbonate sheets, so not a big order, but the service was exceptional. I received warning when they would be delivered. They were delivered on time and the delivery driver made sure I knew how to lay them. All staff were very friendly and made me feel an important customer. And the gloves are useful as well.”

“Called them up for help. Wanted to put polycarbonate sheets up on a wooden structure in the back garden but wasn't sure what materials I needed. The very helpful lady was of fantastic assistant. All I had to do was give her the measurements and she emailed me a quote of everything I needed and at what cost. I phoned straight back to purchase the required goods and was told I would get a phone call the day before delivery. I did indeed get a call stating a 3 hour delivery slot. The items were delivered within this time and the materials are now erected and looking good in my back garden. Top marks C & A building plastics.”

“hi i would like to say how helpful the sales staff are i ordered on line and i got a call from sales they thought that i had missed a part of the order. it was a part that customer would include in that roofing system and they where right saved me a lot of time reordering”

“I purchased a SANCTUARY CAR PORT off the internet everything was strait forward ordering it , only fault i found was i did not know that my order was being delivered until i got a phone call from the driver telling me the time he would arrive, it would have been better to have had a e-mail the day before because i could have gone out before the driver rang , the lorry would have been loaded Friday or Saturday plenty of time to e-mail , outherwise”

“I was surprised to find a building supplies company selling DashCams! However, If they perform as well supplying plastic sheets as they did with my dashcam then they are worth their weight in gold! A great job, exactly as described and in my hands witjin two days. Also significantly cheaper than competing suppliers. Well done C&A and very much appreciated.”
