“C and A offer a good range of products and delivery is quick and efficient I brought white plastic hygienic sheeting which was as described with joint and edge strips and although I had problems with the joint strips being very tight to use this was probably down to my inexperience.”

“everything was there and the order was delivered quit quickly, the biggest problem we have using you is the long delivery period. When you quote 5 to 10 days this is laughable many of your competitors will deliver next day. This is the sort of delivery period you should try to achieve or at least 48 hours.”

“Helpful, good delivery, liked the product (glazing bars) Unfortunately there are no dimensions available on the web site (for glazing bars) and I was misinformed about their size when I called on the phone. This was close to being a disaster in terms of using the product. I just managed to adapt to them being bigger than I was told.”

“The Corrugated sheets were in good condition, but we suggest the CORNERS of the sheets are better protected. Delivery day was somewhat unclear: Monday delivery was missed; Tuesday was uncertain when we rang that morning, but the products were already delivered & left in the OPEN porch when we returned home that night (signed for by a neighbour). Better info on DAY & TIME will be helpful. THANKS.”

“I was pleased at the helpfulness of staff on the phone, but two minus points. 1 I said to the man what I was building, he recommended I get various things. However, it was only when the driver arrived with the materials that he mentioned I needed a couple of reels of some sort of ventilating tape to go over the ends. If I order now, the postage will doubtless be more than the cost of the tape. 2 I was expecting the plastic panels to be smooth at the two sides. Instead they are large panels which have been cut, leaving rough edges at the side of what I am building. Not desirable.”
