“Ordered fascia boards, soffits, gutters and rainwater goods, products reasonably priced and good quality, the only downside was that the delivery period was between 5 and 10 days, the materials actually arrived on the 10th day. I did call C & A to see if they could speed up the delivery and that I was willing to pay extra, but they said this was not possible, which was disappointing and delayed me completing the work.”

“We were content with the product, and delivery service however, the panels came to us in a stack of four and one of the ones in the centre of the pack was damaged. We were able to work around this but if we had to use the whole panel we would have had to return it to be replaced by an undamabed one.”

“I was happy to receive a probable delivery time but I was unable to get a reply when I responded to adjust the time. I was fortunate to have someone to help me but as it happens the delivery was slightly early and the delivery man was really helpful.”

“I spend more than 2 hours waiting to get my material and to replace and item that I choose wrong. But at the end another employee came to help me and his colleague. He was very professional and useful,”

“Fast delivery Helpful salesperson Then wops sent 2.5 meter top rail with 2 meter base rail held job up waiting for replacement. This seems like the packing department is on anther planet job done now looksgreat”

“Reasonable price and ultimately the product was good quality and fit for purpose. Employees answering the phone come across as not too friendly or perhaps interested in helping with queries. I'd have given 5 stars if they were.”

Dear Mr Reader Thank you for this Review and the photo, I have quickly looked into this and can see that these items went on carrier for you. I am getting the dispatch notes pulled from the warehouse with the consignment number. Looking at the list of the materials I would anticipate that there would have been 2 bundles and it sounds like you have only received one if you only have half the number of boards.
