“Just not so sure I received a brand new, never used or even opened grey Nuprol hard case NHC-05-GRY. Arrived in a plain cardboard box, no problem. But wasn’t well protected, there was only a small amount of pleated cardboard around each end, not in a sealed bag of some sort or any other protection. There is a score line/scratch down the middle of the front of the case, like it had already been opened previously but whoever opened it didn’t take care and used a knife or scissors to cut through and went too deep. Certainly wasn’t me as the back of the case was upper most when I opened it. It seems like a well made case with plenty of room to store two scoped rifles but it takes the shine off when you have doubts about it being brand new.”

Hi Stuart I can guarantee all of the hard cases we sell are all new, but sometimes they can get damaged in transit, we do try to provide as much protection inside the box as possible but sometimes damage can still happen, If you could send me over an email with some photos attached I will do my best to help you out. “To be honest, I'm very disappointed with my slr lens, she has a lot of small scratches for real it's annoying for a new product. I was planning to change my lense for a luminous so if u can a litle commercial movement, i will be greatfull”

Hi Paul, to save on shipping charges your second order was shipped along with your first which you received on the 24th of August. Including the one on the original order this means you should have three mags in total. All the best, James.

“Great service but unfortunatly the barrel didn't fit into my FSC. The barrel was suppose to be for the t9.1/t8.1 which i thought were compatible, but it appears not? I'd still use these guys again.”

“Hi the items were great but I asked you to check compatability of the 12gram gas bottles with the FSC pistol, you must have missed the message in the note section at checkout because they were not compatible. Disappointed that you have responded to my email return request.”
