“After falling ill shortly after making a purchase, the item developed a fault and needed to be exchanged/refunded. Due to being in hospital for a lengthy time this took a good few weeks but thanks to Joe and Tom patiently waiting for me to get back in touch, this was resolved quickly. I doubt other companies would be as patient and honour an exchange/refund after such a long time. Top marks team!”

“My order status was updated to me very clearly over the two days which I appreciated and the product that I bought are all perfect except one. This is an M-lok hand stop. The problem is that the cams that go on the end of the screw to lock onto the gun, aren't cams, they're square. This means it doesn't fit onto the M-lok at all. However, i plan to try to find these cams online or modify the squares provided. All in all a good service that i will use again.”
