“First thing first. I had a slight manufacturing issue with one stun. Called BZ who sent a comprehensive video walking me through what to do to rectify it. Used the stuns for the first time at Precinct 13 on Sunday. Absolutely faultless piece of kit and a game changer for CQB. Entering a room, 2 players before me deployed their stuns (neither activated) standby FRAG-C. It worked every single time I deployed it. Top service from BZ top piece of kit. The End.”
