“I have now both bought online and been in the store and both time the staff have been great. Even ringing me to ask if I wanted a refund for something that wasn't in stock. It was posted really fast and I have no complaints at all. I'd have liked a free patch for my plate carrier though.”

“Quick delivery. Sent a mail with a request for my delivery to include a copy of my membership card. Shipped from the UK to the Netherlands without hiccup. Asked a question through the customer service function on the website, never got an answer. Didn't get feedback / confirmation about my mailed request (though they did do it) 10/10 on delivery, service, payment etc. Communication through non automation is spotty. Would order again from these guys.”
